Any processing of personal data and personally sensitive data is subject to the new rules. According to the new rules, Bad Land Shop is to be the data controller for the information that is registered about customers and visitors of www.badlandshop.tv.
When placing an order, Bad Land Shop the following information:

If you have chosen to get your order shipped to you, your name, address, phone number and e-mail will be given to the shipping company responsible for transporting your package (usually DAO for orders in Denmark and DHL for orders outside of Denmark).
