ORDERING
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email which confirms the order and contains order details.
We accept the order either by shipping the products to the address provided by you, by shipping the products to the nearest package shop or by confirming the order with an email. The payment will be collected after the order has been shipped.
An order placed on a Danish public holiday or during the weekend will be processed on the following business day.
SHIPPING
Your purchased item(s) will be shipped with ShipMondo as soon as possible. You will receive your parcel within 4-10 days after you have placed the order. Orders within Denmark and the EU will be shipped to your nearest package shop. Orders to the rest of the world will be delivered to your address. When placing your order, Bad Land Shop will send you an order confirmation.

You are responsible for any expenses associated with sending packages to or receiving packages from Bad Land Shop – unless otherwise specified on the website or at checkout.
REFUND / EXCHANGE · WEBSHOP ONLY
You are always entitled to an exchange and/or refund within 14 days from date of receipt. Goods should be returned in their original packaging. They are to be unused other than for the purpose of trying on for fit. If there is evidence to suggest that the goods have been used to a degree such as to decrease the value of the product, the customer loses his/her right to exercise a return. We only credit the credit card which was used for the purchase. You are responsible for the return expenses as well as delivery expenses when shopping at badnlandshop.tv
The return of the products has to be addressed to Bad Land, Skelbækgade 40B, 1717 København V, Denmark.
Bad Land Shop will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping – therefor we recommend an insured shipping method with a tracking number. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest, after Bad Land Shop receives the returned products. Note that delivery expenses will not be refunded.
If you wish to exchange your product, please note that you will have to return the product and place a new order.
WARRANTY
The warranty period runs for 24 months following the date of purchase. The conditions for any warranty are instructed by the Danish Sales of Goods act.
CURRENCY
Bad Land Shop cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the EURO into any other currency.
PURCHASE OF GOODS
In connection with the purchase of goods from Bad Land Shop you must fill in your personal information such as name, address and payment information. Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail.

Bad Land Shop have the ambition that the website is always up and running, however we cannot guarantee this. Bad Land Shop can not guarantee that all style or item is available, at the time you place your order. If the style or item is no longer available, you’ll be contacted by email shortly after your order.
We cannot guarantee that colours on the website will be true to life. This depends partly on the colour settings of your computer and monitor.
Bad Land Shop cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.
PAYMENT
When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are over 18 years and are an authorized user of the credit card or debit card used for the transaction, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
Bad Land Shop use Shopify Pay to process any payments. The following payment methods are accepted:
– Credit cards (Visa/Dankort, Visa/Electron, Maestro and Mastercard)
– PayPal
The amount for the transaction will be deducted from your account, when the purchased item(s) leaves our stock.
DUTY AND VAT
Are you ordering from an EU country you will have to pay Danish VAT but no duty under the rules of free movement of goods. Are you ordering on the website from a country outside the EU you will not have to pay the Danish VAT, the VAT will be deducted at checkout. You may have to pay additional tax and/or duties in the country of destination.
We cannot offer a VAT refund on purchases made on our website, if you are a resident outside the EU.
Bad Land Shop cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer. The same applies for returned products. Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties. Please note that this may delay delivery because of the goods being held up in customs.
